Food Stations

Antipasto Station
A display of imported Italian meats & cheeses, roasted peppers, medley of olives, fresh pear tomato & Ciliegine salad, stuffed cherry peppers, marinated mushrooms, marinated asparagus, and marinated artichokes.

Raw Bar
Choose from littlenecks on the half shell, jumbo shrimp cocktail, oysters on the half shell, smoked salmon, scallop ceviche, or chilled lobster tail.

Chowder Station
Choice of creamy New England clam chowder, Rhode Island chowder, Manhattan red clam chowder, native grilled corn chowder, oyster crackers and sherry (chowder).
*add stuffed quahogs or mini hogs
*add traditional or Portuguese clam cakes

Mashed Potato Bar
Creamy mashed potatoes and/or creamy sweet mashed potatoes. Accompanied by bacon bits, caramelized onions, marshmallows, broccoli, peas, shredded cheese, chives, and sour cream.

Interactive Pasta Station
Penne pasta, cheese tortellini, marinara, kale basil pesto, Alfredo sauce, chicken, mini meatballs, bacon, shrimp, asparagus, peas, broccoli, mushrooms, garlic, peppers, tomatoes and parmesan cheese.

Carved Meat Station
Your choice of slow roasted herb rubbed prime rib, marinated grilled beef tenderloin, brined turkey breast, spiral ham, or roasted pork loin served with assorted condiments, chutneys, pan jus and rolls.

Interactive Pizza Station
Your guests create it; we cook it! Toppings include: roasted peppers, tomatoes, olives, caramelized onions, eggplant, broccoli, basil, chicken, pepperoni, ground chourico, sausage, marinara, pesto, Alfredo sauce, mozzarella and feta cheese. We use a whole wheat crust.

Stationary Pizza Station
Your favorite pizza selections (3-4 toppings). Displayed on pizza paddles.

Taco Station
Slow roasted adobo chicken, ground top sirloin, tomatillo braised pork, salsa Fresca, Kai’s Naked Salsa, shredded cabbage, queso fresco, pickled jalapeño, and sour cream with hard and soft tacos.
*fish taco options available.

Interactive Fajita Station
Marinated chicken, steak, or shrimp with peppers, onions, mushrooms, shredded cheese, salsa Fresca, Kai’s Naked Salsa, and pickled jalapeños, with guacamole, sour cream, and corn tortillas.

Interactive Pad Thai Station
Rice noodles, chicken, and baby shrimp or grilled tofu, with scallions, bean sprouts, carrots, peppers, cilantro, basil, and peanuts. Served with traditional pad thai sauce or peanut satay sauce in take out boxes with chop sticks.

Savory Crepe Station
Choice of two fillings:
– creamy dijon chicken and ham
– slow roasted short rib with wild mushrooms and brie jus
– shrimp, scallop and lobster Newburg
– vegetable ratatouille with pesto cream sauce

Slider Station
Choice of the following sliders:
Traditional Cheeseburger Slider: Hamburger patty with cheese, pickle slices, chopped onions, ketchup, and mustard. (other options available ex: “Big Mac”)
Grilled Chicken Breast Slider: Chicken breast with apple smoked bacon, chipotle BBQ and sharp cheddar
Ground Lamb Slider: Lamb patty with roasted pepper and eggplant tapenade with cucumber mint sauce
Vegetarian Slider: Portobello mushroom, roasted peppers, spinach and feta with pesto aioli
Lobster Salad Slider: Fresh lobster meat with minimal mayo and dill
Mini Crab Cake Slider: Crab meat patty with roasted corn salsa and arugula salad

Candy Station
Choose your favorite candies for your guests to enjoy! All candy is displayed in apothecary designer jars with mini candy bags for take home gifts. The selection includes: M&Ms, Resse’s Peanut Butter Cups, Charleston Chews, Boston Baked Beans, Cow’stails, Fireballs, gum balls and much more!!
